These terms apply to your use of ProcIntel. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

ProcIntel is a procurement and supply chain intelligence service. It collects information published by external sources, assesses its relevance to procurement, and presents it with the supporting evidence and an indication of how confident that assessment is.

ProcIntel supports procurement decisions. It does not make them. Every commercial, contractual and sourcing decision remains yours.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for activity carried out under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Acceptable use

Please use ProcIntel lawfully and as intended. Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, scrape or bulk-extract its content, circumvent its security or access controls, share your account credentials, or redistribute ProcIntel's analysis as if it were your own product.

Intelligence and source material

ProcIntel's assessments, ratings, written analysis, structure and presentation belong to ProcIntel. You may use them for your own internal business purposes, including briefing colleagues within your organisation.

Underlying facts come from third-party sources, which remain the property of their publishers and are subject to their own terms. ProcIntel summarises and analyses that material and links to it; it does not license it to you.

Accuracy and availability

ProcIntel works to source information reliably and to show the evidence behind every assessment, but it cannot guarantee that information is complete, current or free from error — source material may itself be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Significance and confidence indicators are assessments, not statements of fact.

ProcIntel does not provide legal, financial, investment or other professional advice. You should carry out your own verification before relying on anything here for a material decision.

The service is provided as-is. ProcIntel does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and may change, suspend or withdraw features as the product develops. To the extent permitted by law, ProcIntel is not liable for business losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

Suspension and changes

ProcIntel may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or its subscribers at risk. You may stop using ProcIntel and ask for your account to be closed at any time.

These terms may change as the service develops. The date above shows when they were last updated.
