Click or tap if you trust this link.">SABIC AN</a>) signed on Aug. 17 a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to evaluate and explore cooperation and joint investment opportunities.</div> <div data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" ></div> <div> <p >The non-binding MoU seeks to establish a framework for cooperation between the two parties to develop and invest in opportunities across the fertilizers and agricultural nutrients value chain, including the production and manufacturing of value-added products, the two companies said in separate statements to <strong>Tadawul</strong>.</p> <p ></p> <p >Any potential transaction will be subject to the required technical and commercial studies, necessary approvals, a final investment decision, and relevant definitive agreements.</p> <p ></p> <p >The MoU is effective from the signing date for three years. It currently has no financial impact.</p> <p ></p> <p >SABIC AN said the MoU aligns with its 2040 strategy, which aims to establish global leadership in nitrogen products and strengthen its position as a leading national and global player in the agricultural nutrients sector.</p> <p ></p> <p >Maaden Integrated Fertilizer serves as the entity comprising all subsidiaries within Maaden’s phosphate business.</p> </div>
