(<a href="https://www.argaam.com/en/tadawul/tasi/spimaco" target="_blank">SPIMACO</a>)said it signed an agreement with Cigalah Healthcare as a second distributor through its subsidiaries, Cigalah Medical Warehouse in the UAE and Cigalah Gulf Medical in Qatar.</p> <p ></p> <p >The agreement is subject to terms and conditions agreed upon by both parties, SPIMACO said in a statement to <strong>Tadawul</strong>.</p> <p ></p> <p >The five-year agreement is renewable for an additional two years. No fixed contract value was specified, as the value will depend on the volume of future operations in the targeted markets.</p> <p ></p> <p >The distribution agreements will have no financial impact, the statement said.</p>
