Carrier Link for Google Voice available in 14 additional countries
What the source reported
Source-reported<p>In <a href="https://workspaceupdates.googleblog.com/2026/06/carrier-link-for-google-voice.html" target="_blank">June</a>, we launched Carrier Link in 20 countries where Google Voice service was not otherwise available. Today, we are making Carrier Link available in an additional <a href="https://knowledge.workspace.google.com/admin/voice/google-voice-and-sip-link-supported-countries" target="_blank">14 countries</a> (the US, Canada, and much of Europe). Previously, customers in these countries could purchase Google Voice with a first party calling plan provided by Google. Now, customers who want the simplicity and features of Google Voice, but would prefer to use it in combination with a calling plan purchased from a local carrier can do so.</p><p>Our partners <a href="http://www.southlightservices.com" target="_blank">Southlight Services</a>, <a href="https://gammagroup.co/resources/news/google-voice-carrier-link" target="_blank">Gamma Communications</a>, <a href="https://www.tatacommunications.com/kaleyra/ucaas/voice-solutions-google-workspace?hs_preview=TKKWkQmY-211617092721" target="_blank">Tata Communications</a> & <a href="https://globalsolutions.telefonica.com/es/multinacionales/productos/servicios-de-voz/global-sip-trunk/" target="_blank">Telefonica Global Solutions</a> have collaborated with Google Voice to offer these services in these countries.</p><p>Carrier Link allows Workspace customers to easily add phone numbers and calling plans from a certified local carrier, leveraging a pre-configured multi-tenant implementation of SIP Link.</p><p>This simplifies the process of setting up a cloud phone system, allowing customers to make and receive calls with payment handled by their local carrier and minimal configuration. Carrier Link is especially helpful for small businesses that want a reliable connection without the hassle of setting up their own hardware.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjdzB9p7D1nw2wffnn7eL-N3ceZmCFMP1ADA_1YzaiyybTt7kX6ERhMHox-TAyg-aCiqwXGzpGgC-pj21RAmtrpr6VhUatsPQf43DAjkEE-13fFt8YqtOa5B9RFBO4UHwGTRM-CNkdSxcicbU3Zz6-oo-7k37k47c8usAWBVGlg2hD5i94XtHUNgabUbkM/s864/Carrier%20Link%20for%20Google%20Voice%20available%20in%2014%20additional%20countries%20-%206836.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="236" data-original-width="864" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjdzB9p7D1nw2wffnn7eL-N3ceZmCFMP1ADA_1YzaiyybTt7kX6ERhMHox-TAyg-aCiqwXGzpGgC-pj21RAmtrpr6VhUatsPQf43DAjkEE-13fFt8YqtOa5B9RFBO4UHwGTRM-CNkdSxcicbU3Zz6-oo-7k37k47c8usAWBVGlg2hD5i94XtHUNgabUbkM/s1600/Carrier%20Link%20for%20Google%20Voice%20available%20in%2014%20additional%20countries%20-%206836.png" /></a></div><h3 style="text-align: left;">Getting started</h3><p></p><ul style="text-align: left;"><li><b>Admins: </b>Contact one of our Carrier Link partners to get started.
