LLC were completed on Oct. 5.</p> <p ></p> <p >This includes the transfer and registration of ownership of the acquired stake in its name, in accordance with the share purchase agreement, according to a statement to <strong>Tadawul</strong> today, Oct. 6.</p> <p ></p> <p >The company said there was no change to the previously announced transaction consideration.</p> <p ></p> <p>According to <span ><strong>Argaam </strong></span>data, Nofoth signed an SPA in August 2026 to acquire a 65% stake in Plenty Food for a fixed consideration of SAR 52.7 million, in addition to a conditional consideration of up to SAR 3.25 million, bringing the total to SAR 55.95 million.</p> <p ></p> <p >Last September, the company also announced that the General Authority for Competition (GAC) issued a no-objection for the 65% stake acquisition.</p>
