Under the agreement, effective Aug. 2, the company will serve as the new operator of the complex and will be responsible for leasing, marketing, property management, operations and maintenance oversight, Jadwa Investment said in a statement on Tadawul. The fund manager said the appointment of the new operator involves no related parties. Jadwa Investment expects the agreement to have a positive impact on the fund's financial results starting in the third quarter of 2026.
