What the source reported
Source-reportedCategory: Heavy vehicle parts and accessories. Product description: Pairs of aluminium loading ramps for loading and unloading heavy wheeled or tracked equipment onto and off trucks or trailers. Reason the product is recalled: The ramps are missing a structural reinforcement at the top of the ramp, which may cause the ramp to fail while in use. The hazards to consumers: Risk of death or serious injury and/or property damage if the ramp collapses and causes heavy equipment to topple or fall. Incidents of the ramp failing have occurred.
