The contract is valued at AED 800 million, with main construction works scheduled to begin in October 2026. The 27-month construction period is expected to conclude in December 2028. The contract award follows the completion of enabling works for the project, the company said, adding that Fibrex will carry out the main construction works in line with the approved project schedule. Seamont Autograph Collection Residences is located on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, overlooking the mangroves and Saadiyat Cultural District, and carries Marriott’s Autograph Collection brand. According to data available with Argaam, the Seamont Autograph Collection Residences project is valued at around AED 1.6 billion and comprises 497 residential units. Completion and handover are expected in Q4 2028. Royal Development Holding and SAAS Properties announced in July 2025 that all units in the project’s first phase had been sold, before launching the second phase in September of the same year.
