(ADQ), a wholly owned subsidiary of L’IMAD Holding Company has issued a compulsory acquisition notice for all remaining shares in AD Ports that it does not already own.</p> <p ><br> The group said it attached the compulsory acquisition notice on behalf of ADQ, issued in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations and rules governing the compulsory acquisition process for AD Ports shareholders.</p> <p ><br> ADQ submitted on Aug. 18, 2026, a conditional voluntary cash offer to acquire up to 100% of AD Ports issued and paid-up share capital that it did not already own, at an offer price of AED 6.25 per share. Its ownership in the company subsequently reached 98.93% of the share capital, exceeding the 90% plus one share threshold.</p> <p ></p>
