On Sept. 18, Safran Teamsters rejected the company’s offer due to a mandatory overtime provision. Local 767 returned to the bargaining table and made clear to Safran that any contract that includes this provision would be rejected and leave members with no choice but to strike.&nbsp;</p> <p><!-- /wp:paragraph --></p> <p><!-- wp:paragraph --></p> <p>“We are out here striking because we want no mandatory overtime, our holiday pay back, and fair wages for all of us Teamsters — even those who have topped out,” said Michelle Shero, a 20-year Safran Teamster. “We deserve a strong contract for all of the hard work we put in day in and day out.”&nbsp;</p> <p><!-- /wp:paragraph --></p> <p><!-- wp:paragraph --></p> <p>Chartered in 1956, Teamsters Local 767 proudly represents workers at 10 employers in the greater Dallas-Ft.
