‎ASAS begins infrastructure works on 11 projects

‎<p class="ckeCaption" ><span ><span ><img src="https://argaamplus.s3.amazonaws.com/685335c3-8efa-4608-b2d2-85ad637c7090.png" ><br> <span >Logo of ASAS Real Estate</span></span></span></p> <hr> <p ><span ><span >ASAS Real Estate, the property arm of Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB), started infrastructure development works on 11 residential, commercial, and industrial land projects in the emirate. This is part of a comprehensive development plan that includes the implementation of internal roads, electricity, water and telecom networks, and road lighting, facilitating these projects’ readiness for future construction and development phases.</span></span></p> <p ><br> <span ><span >According to WAM, the works aim to provide the necessary infrastructure and essential services to prepare the sites for construction, in coordination with the relevant authorities in Sharjah and in line with established technical and quality standards.</span></span></p> <p ><br> <span ><span >The infrastructure development covers ASAS's portfolio in various parts of Sharjah, including Aldabdaba South, Aldabdaba North, Howshi, and Al Blida (phases 2 and 3), as well as Al Rowdhat, Al Matroq among residential and commercial projects, in addition to Al Qasimia – phase 4 and Al Sajaa in industrial and commercial projects.</span></span></p> <p ><br> <span ><span >The works also extend to two of Asaas Real Estate’s latest projects: the Muadhhab residential-commercial project and the Logistics City project dedicated to commercial and industrial use.</span></span></p>
