Click or tap if you trust this link."><u>MAIR Group</u></a></span><span > announced the signing of a share purchase agreement to acquire a 70% stake in the issued capital of Eslab, the owner of the Turkish specialty coffee brand Espresso Lab.</span></p> <p bis_skin_checked="1" ><br> <span >MAIR said in a statement that Eslab’s founders and current shareholders will retain a 30% stake under the share purchase agreement, and will continue to develop the company’s operations during its next growth phase. The completion of the transaction remains subject to customary conditions, including obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals from the relevant authorities.</span></p> <p bis_skin_checked="1" ><br> <span >The group stated it is currently in the process of finalizing the required procedures to complete the transaction under the share purchase agreement, subject to the fulfillment of customary preconditions, including obtaining approvals from the relevant regulatory authorities.</span></p> <p bis_skin_checked="1" ><br> <span >This deal represents the group's first international acquisition since its listing on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange at the end of 2024; it will support portfolio diversification by adding a leading brand.</span></p> <p bis_skin_checked="1" ><br> <span >Espresso Lab was founded in 2014 and is a Turkish brand in the specialty coffee sector, operating through a network of franchised outlets. As of August 2026, the network included over 400 cafés in 21 countries, with more than 310 branches across over 50 Turkish cities.</span></p> <p bis_skin_checked="1" ><br> <span >Eslab’s activities include café operations, brand management, franchising, coffee bean supply and roasting, product supply, as well as retail and digital platform segments.</span></p>
