The first is a 5-year facility at SAR 200 million, and 150% real estate mortgages were provided as a guarantee.</p> <p ></p> <p >Meanwhile, the value of the second credit facility amounted to SAR 100 million, with a tenure of six months (revolving facility). A 200% pledge of investment fund units was provided as a guarantee for the financing, along with promissory notes at a value of SAR 330 million.</p> <p ></p> <p >According to the company, the purpose of the financing is to fund land acquisitions, development costs, in addition to supporting the company’s expansion plans across its real estate projects and strengthening its financing structure. Besides, it will help in financing the company’s working capital.</p> <p ></p> <p >Alramz also noted that the agreement is dated July 22 but entered into effect on Aug. 4. There are no related parties involved in the deal.</p>
