(ADQ) confirming that all conditions of its voluntary cash offer to acquire up to 100% of the group's shares not already owned by ADQ have been satisfied. The offer price is AED 6.25 per share.</p> <p></p> <p>In a disclosure, the company said the payment of the offer consideration and transfer of the shares acquired under the offer will take place on Friday, Sept. 25, 2026.</p> <p></p> <p>Accordingly, ADQ's ownership stake in AD Ports Group will increase to 98.93% of its share capital upon completion.</p> <p></p> <p>ADQ submitted an offer in August to acquire the shares it did not already own in AD Ports Group, which then represented approximately 24.58% of the group's share capital, or around 1.25 billion shares, at AED 6.25 per share.</p> <p></p> <p>AD Ports Group's board of directors recommended that shareholders accept the offer, and the group announced last week that all key conditions relating to the offer had been satisfied.</p> <p ></p>
