It is part of the company’s strategy to build an integrated gas platform in the Caspian region, combining gas resources and export infrastructure with access to regional and European markets.<br> <br> In Azerbaijan, XRG holds a 30% stake in the Absheron gas and condensate field and is exploring future growth opportunities leveraging existing export infrastructure.<br> <br> In Turkmenistan, XRG owns a 38% interestin the offshore Area 1 gas and condensate block, currently producing about 400 million cubic feet of natural gas per day and providing access to resources exceeding 7 trillion cubic feet of gas.<br> <br> In November 2025, XRG signed a non-binding term sheet with Azerbaijan's Ministry of Economy to acquire a stake in Southern Gas Corridor.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p>
