Source-reported<p ><span ><span ><img src="https://argaamplus.s3.amazonaws.com/1c1ac443-a6f0-4e12-8b31-0a7cc31cbaca.png" >Apex Investment logo<!--EndFragment--></span></span></p> <hr> <p ></p> <p ></p> <p >APEX Energy Holding Ltd., a subsidiary of <a href="https://www.argaam.com/ae-en/companies/adx/apex-investment/overview" target="_blank">APEX Investment</a>, together with its technology partner in the joint venture, Enercap Energy Holding Ltd., signed a strategic partnership agreement with German firm New Loaded Energy GmbH.</p> <p ><span ><span >The deal aims to deploy Enercap technology in grid-scale energy storage applications in Germany.<br> <br> In a statement, the company said the partnership will start with two grid-connected projects in Germany identified by NLE with a combined nominal capacity of around 100 megawatt-hours, for which Enercap’s high-density energy storage systems will be supplied through APEX Energy.<br> <br> The company added that the two projects, with capacities of 30 megawatt-hours and 70 megawatt-hours respectively, will be supplied from Enercap's manufacturing facility in Dubai.<br> <br> The projects mark the first deployment of Enercap’s high-density energy storage technology at grid scale in Germany. They represent one of the largest exports to date of UAE-manufactured energy storage equipment to the European Union.<br> <br> Under the agreement, both parties will collaborate on developing additional grid-scale energy storage projects in Germany and Europe through 2028, as well as fulfilling grid compliance and certification requirements. This is in addition to building local capabilities for installation, operation, and maintenance of Enercap systems in Germany and other European countries.<br> <br> In a separate statement, Enercap Energy Holding Ltd., a subsidiary of APEX Investment, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Dubai Police to enhance cooperation and exchange expertise, knowledge, and scientific research in mutually relevant fields, as well as facilitate the use of scientific facilities and laboratories.<br> <br> The company stated that the MoU aims to support research, development, and innovation efforts, particularly in maritime systems and autonomous vessels, conducting joint field and technical studies and experiments, sharing expertise, and supporting artificial intelligence and smart systems projects.</span></span><br> </p>
