The scope of the work covers the operation and support of business applications, the provision of flexible development capacity for continuous application enhancement, while delivering project governance and service delivery management, IT service desk operations, and Enterprise Operation Center (EOC) services, the company said in a statement to <strong>Tadawul</strong>.</p> <p ></p> <p >MIS will also oversee the management and operation of the CMA’s IT infrastructure, including operating systems and virtualization platforms, network and network security, backup, storage and recovery services, database administration, and systems administration, ensuring business continuity, operational efficiency, and the achievement of the required service availability and performance levels, it added.</p> <p ></p> <p >The project award was announced today, Aug. 3, said the company, adding that the contract is expected to be signed on Sept. 3. There are no related parties involved in the project.</p>
