Following the approvals, the expected operational date for all parts of the project is Jan. 31, 2027, while initial handover is scheduled for Feb. 28, 2027.</p> <p ></p> <p >The approved change orders for electrical works are valued at SAR 10.33 million, excluding VAT, bringing the project's total value to SAR 121.28 million, excluding VAT.</p> <p ></p> <p >The company said the decision was taken in coordination with the project's supervising consultant due to changes in raw material prices, higher shipping costs resulting from geopolitical conditions, and efforts to accelerate completion of the project for an opening in early 2027.</p> <p ></p> <p >Naba Alsaha said it will disclose any further material developments related to the project in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.</p> <p ></p> <p >According to <span ><strong>Argaam </strong></span>data, Naba Alsaha signed a contract with Al-Kayan Technical Arab Contracting Co. in March 2025 to complete construction works for <a href="https://www.argaam.com/en/disclosures/projects/details/projectid/1257" target="_blank">Naba Alsaha Hospital</a> in Riyadh's Al-Munsiyah district and begin the third phase of electromechanical works, including execution, supply, and testing, as well as finishing and other complementary works.</p>
