Source-reported<p ><span ><span class="ckeCaption" ><img src="https://argaamplus.s3.amazonaws.com/3fccd3e4-c9f9-4f63-a2fe-1885af58fc5c.png" >T</span></span>he offer will be settled no later than Oct. 9, 2026.</p> <p ></p> <hr> <p >ADX-listed<span ><span ><a href="https://www.argaam.com/ae-en/companies/adx/abu-dhabi-ports-company/overview" target="_blank">AD Ports Group</a></span></span>said it received a confirmation from Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company (ADQ) that all key conditions related to the voluntary cash purchase offer to acquire up to 100% of the group’s share capital, excluding shares already owned by ADQ, have been fulfilled.</p> <p ><br> The other conditions stipulated in the offer document have been met, except for the customary notifications required to be submitted to the CMA and ADX.</p> <p ><br> Accordingly, the offer will be settled, including payment of the acquisition consideration and transfer of the acquired shares to ADQ, no later than Oct. 9, 2026.</p> <p ><br> According to data compiled by Argaam, ADQ, a wholly owned subsidiary of L'IMAD Holding Company, submitted an offer in August to acquire up to 100% of AD Ports’ share capital that it does not already own, representing around 24.58% of the group’s shares, or approximately 1.25 billion shares, for AED 6.25 per share.</p> <p ></p>
