The company said in a statement to Tadawul that the facility will finance capital and operating expenditures for the development of the SAL Logistics Zone project. The guarantees provided against the facility consist of a bank guarantee issued by SAL, in addition to promissory notes. The facility has a 15-year tenor, the statement added, noting that there are no related parties.
