It noted that the facilities agreement is secured by a promissory note for the value of the facility in favor of the bank.</p> <p ></p> <p >It added that the purpose of the facilities is to finance its working capital. There are no related parties involved.</p> <p ></p> <p >According to the company, the short-term credit facilities for working capital financing was renewed for the same value of SAR 25 million.</p>
