Following the addition of Masdar City Square, the JV’s diversified portfolio comprises more than 158,000 square meters of commercial net leasable area. The commercial assets have a weighted average unexpired lease term of around 5.2 years, while the portfolio also includes more than 1,400 fully occupied residential units.
