The company also contributed around 20% of the sector’s total sales value.</p> <p></p> <p>With Dubai’s residential real estate market shifting focus from new project launches to handovers, DAMAC is scaling up its development plans. Having delivered more than 50,000 residential units, the company is expected to hand over a further 8,800 units in Dubai in 2026.</p> <p></p> <p>The Dubai off-plan residential market recorded AED 92.8 billion in sales—including 46,790 apartments—in H1 2026. In the off-plan villa segment, sales reached AED 56.9 billion covering 7,730 units.</p>
