Expatriate residents and international buyers represented 60% of sales.</p> <p></p> <p>Buyers from the UK, India, and Egypt were among the top nationalities by sales value. Women represented 32% of total sales, compared to 68% for men, and 47% of buyers were under the age of 45.</p> <p>The Canopies is the first residential complex launched by Aldar within Yas Point, with more homes to be offered as part of the masterplan in H2 2026.</p> <p ><br> </p>
