The company will cancel 5 million excess shares and return the corresponding amounts to shareholders, equivalent to 0.061 share for each share held.</p> <p ></p> <p >The company said in a <strong>Tadawul </strong>statement that approval of the second step is conditional on shareholders approving the first. If the first is rejected, the second will be canceled and will not take effect.</p> <p ></p> <p >According to <strong >Argaam</strong> data, AYYAN posted a loss of SAR 87.2 million in the first half of 2026, compared with a profit of SAR 385.2 million in the same period of 2025 while accumulated losses stood at SAR 198.77 million, or 19.75% of capital.</p>
