(<a href="https://www.argaam.com/en/tadawul/tasi/stc" target="_blank">stc</a>) said during its first-half 2026 earnings call that it will maintain its quarterly dividend policy of SAR 0.55 a share through the third quarter of 2027.</p> <p ></p> <p >The company said its cash dividend yield stood at 9.7% and its payout ratio at 142.9% at the end of the second quarter, based on dividends paid over the past 12 months, including the additional 2024 dividend of SAR 2 a share paid in June 2025 and the stock’s closing price on June 30, 2026.</p> <p ></p> <p >Over the past five years, stc has paid total dividends of about SAR 60.1 billion through the end of the second quarter of 2026.</p> <p ></p> <p >The group’s total assets continued to grow, reaching SAR 167 billion at the end of the second quarter, up 10% from a year earlier.</p> <p ></p> <p >Cash and cash equivalents stood at about SAR 14 billion, including cash generated from non-banking operations and short-term murabaha investments.</p> <p ></p> <p >stc said the liquidity level reflects the strength of its financial position and supports its ability to pursue growth and expansion plans while capitalizing on future investment opportunities.</p> <p ></p> <p >Meanwhile, stc tv subscribers rose 17.6% year on year to 6.34 million at the end of the second quarter, supported by enhanced offerings and increased content on the platform.</p> <p ></p> <p >On credit ratings, the group maintained high ratings of A+ from Fitch, A+ from SP, Aa3 from Moody’s and AAA from Tasneef, saying the ratings place it among the highest-rated telecom companies globally.</p>
