The company is also negotiating with three parties for new expansions, especially for Dubai Investments Park.</p> <p></p> <p>Negotiations with one party are expected to conclude by year-end, with discussions with the two remaining parties likely to finish in 2027.</p> <p></p> <p>On the real estate front, he confirmed that project work is progressing without delays, with most projects advancing on time and ahead of company expectations for delivery and performance.</p> <p></p>
