He most recently served as General Manager of Field Sales Enablement at stc and previously held several leadership and executive positions.</p> <p ></p> <p >The company noted that the board's approval is not final and remains subject to approval by the first General Assembly meeting.</p> <p ></p> <p >According to <span ><strong>Argaam</strong></span> data, IHR previously announced the passing of its Chairman, Adel Al Jarboua, a non-executive board member, on July 12, 2026.</p>
