Developing Intelligence An evolving procurement situation made up of several distinct but clearly related events over time.
A thread groups multiple genuinely distinct events that together describe one evolving real-world situation over time — a different concept from a single event, from Event Consolidation (the same occurrence reported twice), and from Event Clustering (events that might be the same occurrence).
